~This Says it All~

myself: minus 30 years
This pretty much sums up this season of life for me:

emotionally and mentally a mess
obviously trying to deal with too many necessary things at one time-
things that start you wondering: IS it necessary?
Or is this desperate clutching just gonna make me a fool in the end?

In the end- what do I REALLY need?
(besides a better sense of fashion)

Could I just put it all down and let God hand me something better?
Because at some point, we have to graduate to a cup.
Grow up and let God do the filling.
The way we tend to call living leaves a lot of holes.

Decisions need to be made and still- I just don't know.

But I'm thinking that if I go ahead and empty my fists clenched in anger, entitlement and fear
then I'll finally be free to hold some answers and some dreams.

" I don't ask you to bless what I have decided to do, but give me GRACE to discover and to live what You have dreamed for me."

~Michel Quoist

Cheers!

I wish I could understand you more. It seems you are struggling, by your post that is.

I wish I could understand you above statement.

If you ever need somebody completely removed from any of your situations.....I could help you even just a little. Keep posting. Getting it out so to speak, sometimes it makes the head clearer.

We all struggle, we all are a mess, clutching and trying to keep control, with all the balls in the air. Hang in there!

  3. Hang in there Girl♥

Mat 7:9 "Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone?

I was "gently" reminded this Sunday, that I (we) needed to have the assured faith of a child; who believes his parents will give him bread and not a stone.....
Your Father has prepared bread for you and your children, He will not give you a stones.

    I love your Forget-me-knots......
p.s. you have not been "forgotten"

    blessings,
    Cindy♥

  4. Know what you want, feel it with all the love you have, and then let it go.

The hardest part is letting it go - if it's meant to be it will be. Often I find myself in this same place. As a mom we often think of others before ourselves. Think of yourself first this time because if your smiling everyone around you will be.

Hope all your dreams are answered ♥

  5. Praying that God will let peace run over your heart and soul very soon.
I do love the picture though and I had a favorite poncho as a child as well;)

  6. Our version of life is not even half of what He wants to give us. I am also going through a time of grasping...knowing in my heart that to let go is best. I hope you can relax your grip soon...and find peace.

    He loves you.
